We know first hand how beneficial meditation and mindfulness can be in daily life, having been introduced to them through our own life struggles.

We are committed to helping you find what mindfulness and self-care techniques will help you in your everyday life.

Nicola Shannon
Nicola is a fully trained and qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, completing her training with The Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches. She is a Reiki Master & a self published author of an anxiety book for children.

My Story
I came to meditation, mindfulness, and self-care through a tough time in my life Having suffered from anxiety I found healing in MBSR and also began to see that the healing and wellness lay within if we could just learn how to access it. I believe in this wellness coming from within but also believe in traditional methods of treating mental health issues with medication, psychological input, and wellness techniques. I believe that all methods complement each other.

I have 19 years experience in the Pharmacy industry so have seen the daily stresses and strains that go on in people’s lives. I have completed an 18-month training with the Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches and am certified in these Mindfulness-based approaches. I have also completed Connected Kids training and am certified to teach mindfulness and meditation to children.

Classes are Monday or Tuesday 9-10pm on Zoom.

One flat rate P&P charge of €6 regardless of your order size so no need to worry about how much postage might come to!
