I, the undersigned parent/guardian, give permission for basic 1st aid to be administered to my child/children if needed.I authorise camp staff to seek professional medical assisance, including transportation to hospital.*

I the undersigned acknowledge that my child's participation in this camp involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity and outdoor experiences. *

I release, indemnify and hold harmless this camp, its employees and volunteers from any liability arising from my child's participation, except in cases of proven negligence.*

I agree that this camp and it's staff will take all reasonable precautions for my child's safety but are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal property.*

To ensure a safe & positive environment, I understand & agree that my child must follow camp rules and respect staff and other children. Disruptive, aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in dismissal from the camp. No refund for misconduct removal.*

I acknowledge that I have discussed these rules with my child and they agree to abide by them.*

I grant permission for the camp to take phots/and or videos of my child during camp activities. These may be used for promotional purposes on the website, social media or printed materials. This is completely optional.*

This camp is commited to protecting personal datat in accordance with GDPR. We will store your and your child's infor securely and only use it for camp administration, safety and communication purposes. I consent to collection, processing and storage.*
